Bavarian style blonde, Dextrin malt makes an appearance in the malt bill to add body and a touch of sweetness. We have kept it light to focus on the German Polaris, Mandarina Bavaria and Hallertauer Blanc hops which provide a summery freshness. Aromatics are on the grassy and resinous side, ripe citrus, grapefruit and tropical flavours.
