XT Animal Chipmonk - 4.6%

American brown, pale Amber in colour. Packed with Chinook and Cascade and brewed with five different malts. Flavours of caramel, toffee and biscuit give way to an intense bouquet of grapefruit, citrus and pine. With hops added throughout the boil and as a dry hop, big on flavour.
