American Brown Ale, made with a blend of six kilned malts to give a layered toasty biscuit flavour. To balance the rich malt character, this beer is then hopped with a fair amount of Mosaic in the whirlpool and a gentle Simcoe dry hop for a touch of pine bitterness.
