DIPA version. Dennis, just bigger. Best Ale malt provides the base. Wheat and Carapils added for body, along with Dextrose. Columbus hops for bittering. Citra, Galaxy and Ekuanot in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Ekuanot and Fermented with our house West Coast Ale yeast strain.
