White grape wheat ale, pale malt body featuring 50% wheat and 50% extra pale malt allied to a balanced bitterness and mellow Huell Melon hops. Fermentation was concluded with the addition of Gewurztraminer, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc grape juice. Dry hopped with more German Huell Melon and NZ Nelson Sauvin to accentuate the vinous white fruit character and added lemon and Curacao Orange for a zesty mouthfeel.
