Using Jester green hops that are picked directly from the field and added to the beer within hours of being harvested. The hops are used while they are still fresh and will give the beer a unique flavour and aroma. Light and floral, with a citrus sweetness, with a satisfying bittering bite, followed by smooth spicy notes and a lingering marmalade aftertaste.
