Opposite of a NEIPA. A water profile tailored to enhance a crisp, resinous hop character. Cascade, Crystal, Chinook and Simcoe added throughout the brewing process give a piney, slightly viscous character as found in more traditional American IPAs. A simple malt content and neutral yeast make this beer all about the hop.s
