Extra pale malt with cara and a hint of pale Crystal malts gives a classic snappy malt body. Stridently bitter with pronounced pine, citrus and light grassy notes from a generous use of Chinook, Centennial, Ahtanum and Columbus hops, both in the kettle and the dry hop.
