A blend of three mixed fermentation beers of different ages, from both foudre and barriques. Using Cherries directly from Friederiksdal in Denmark, the blended beer aged again on those. A homage to the great Krieks of Belgium, with full cherry, subtle almond flavours and a balanced acidity from our unique yeast culture.
