Dual Hopped, deep golden colour and notes of caramel, honey and biscuit. The hops play a subtle supporting role to the malt, imparting interest and balanced flavours. Combines British Bramling Cross as the bittering hop with Barbe Rouge from France as the aroma hop. The malt bill brings low colour Maris Otter, Dextrin for a bit of sweetness, Rye for a note of toffee together with Cara Red imparting fuller body.
