East India Porter. Using the malt bill from our Northern Porter and bolstered it with an addition of some chocolate malt to make a big full bodied, darker porter which we've then hit with a blend of American 'C' hops to reinforce that complex malt bill with fresh piney notes. Not quite as pronounced as a Black IPA, the malt character will be more dominant than the hops but the fresh citrus and grassy notes really lift a deeper darker beer.
